Hillary was very kind and accommodating to our early arrival. Our room was in the basement and it was very quiet. The continental breakfast was very good. It’s a beautiful home and quite nice.

The room was very small and the shower was very hard to manipulate. The breakfast was fine and generous.
The restaurant was not good for dinner as it was dominated by the bar.

The property was located on Hanover St which was convenient. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. However, since our room was directly above a bar, there was a lot of noise at night. It is also close to Princes St and lots of public transportation. It is walkable to the Royal Mile and tourist attractions. The unit itself had high ceilings, but didn’t feel cozy. Kitchen was functional. Bathroom lacked hooks for hanging towels and clothes.
