Great Place to Stay for Stout Activities

This was a very cute and convenient place to stay near Stout. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Lovely weekend with my Stout student

Neighborhood was adorable. Home is comfortable and well appointed. Conveniently close to campus. We had a really lovely weekend there.

A perfect day for anything you need to do at UW Stout.

The house worked very well for a graduation weekend. We could have family time in a living room, and have crock pots going in the kitchen for people to eat at any time. The two bathrooms were fantastic to have with a group of people staying. The bathrooms were very nice. are very nice.

Visit with my student at UW-Stout

We stayed here several times over the past 5 years while my son attended UW-Stout. Always enjoyed this home and appreciated the convenient location to campus. He is graduating next month, so not sure when we will back. Thank you for the great memories!

FWOF Weekend at Stout

We enjoyed our stay for Fashion Without Fabric at UW Stout. Property was close to campus, grocery store, and indoor farmer’s market. It was nice to be able to cook as a family instead of having to complete for seating at restaurants. We appreciated the ceiling fan in the bedroom and the private entrance. We will book again in the future.

Thanks for a wonderful weekend! The room with 4 twin beds worked perfectly for our group. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Comfortable seating to relax by the TV. Perfect for a Halloween weekend visit to our Stout student.

The property was exactly as represented online. We like the ability to walk to coffee shops, the local co op, and a grocery store. Great little downtown area.Only suggestion I have if having a few more cooking utensils. We'll definitely return.

Cute and close to town

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautiful weekend so we were able to walk to restaurants and shops. It is closer to campus than we thought but the weekend was fairly quiet.

Great for flexible and flowing family

We were here for a family wedding with various family members coming and going — some for an afternoon visit, some for overnight. Our 89-year-old matriarch even stayed for one night. It accommodated everyone’s needs nicely and was in a great location for easy access to restaurants, the movie theater and the wedding held in a nearby small town.

Long weekend in Menomonie

This was our second stay at this property in Menomonie and it works great for our family. The home is very clean and conveniently located near downtown and UW-Stout. We will be back again!

Home away from Home

We came to visit relatives in Eau Claire, Glenwood City, Menomonie and Minnesota. Good visits at our duplex and at relatives. Homelike atmosphere and friendly, accommodating hosts.

The stay was good, lots better than being in a cramped hotel room and appreciated being able to make meals together with the kids.Was pretty quiet, appreciated the coffee also! Didn’t see any spare garbage bags so we bought some more but maybe it was an oversight, not really a big deal.

Visiting son at UW Stout

This place is very charming, nice décor and in a good location. It was a great place to for us to visit with my UW Stout student son and his girlfriend. We were able to make a big breakfast in the fully supplied kitchen! The communication with the property manager was quick and she was very accommodating. We definitely will be staying here again!

Everything was great, but the online description says the super sofa is a queen and it's really a twin. That became an issue for our stay.
