"Nur ein paar Minuten abseits der Autobahn, ruhig gelegen und perfekt nach einer Ruhezeit nach einem Arbeitstag (Dienstreise). Späte Ankunft und trotzdem sehr freundlicher Empfang der Dame des Hauses. Schönes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, guter Internetzugang. "Everything was fine. Confusion about booking and the receptionist kept saying I need to pay extra for breakfast even though I showed her on my booking I already paid for breakfast and it was included in my booking. Turns out it was their system wide error but this whole thing wasted about 20-25 mins while she checked with her manager and confirmed it was all included in the booking. "
