Sogar 1 Flasche Wasser, 1 Schale Mandarinen und etwas für das Frühstück sowie Kaffeepads für die Maschine. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus verfügbar. Keine Durchgangsstrasse, daher sehr Ruhig. "First rate experience. The staff could not have been more helpful, kind, attentive and welcoming. The room was most comfortable with good facilities including newly refurbished bathroom. Balcony with view of the park opposite was a bonus. Breakfast was delicious with freshly cooked eggs to order and a wide range of foods, regularly replenished. Limited on street parking. Central location. Delightful all round. Recommended!"

"Lovely hotel, perfect for relaxing holiday. Shame the location is a bit isolated, you need a car if you want to explore. Just being really picky, the adult beach could do with easier access to the sea. The gym is very basic and some of the classes/sport facilities offered by hotel were in fact not available for all guests, but only available to those booking through Neilson’s Holiday (and unfortunately some of their staff were rather rude)"

"MASSERIA DEL CARBOJ was one of the highlights of our trip to Sicily. The setting is beautiful, with a fantastic pool area and stunning views over the vineyards. Dinner at sunset was a memorable experience, and the food and wine were excellent. We met Marco at dinner and again the following morning. He was friendly, welcoming and clearly passionate about both the property and the local area. When we checked out, he gave us a personalised guide for the next stage of our journey, packed with recommendations for places to visit, restaurants and wineries. We followed many of his suggestions, and they turned out to be some of the best experiences of our holiday. A wonderful place to relax, with thoughtful hospitality and an authentic Sicilian feel. We'd happily stay again."

"This is s real countryside living with a high quality villa and excellent air conditioning.We stayed the first 2 weeks in June, temperature was averaging low to mid 30's, shaded areas were sufficient and the pool was excellent. We did a lot of touring, the hill villages were great, as were the beaches, Menfi has lots of hidden gems, restaurants, cafes and bakeries.We enjoyed every minute. "
