Excelente custo-benefício, localização excelente e o melhor de tudo é a uva no café da manhã, impossível enjoar de tão boa!!!

A good convenient place to touch base after a day of wine tours. Rooms were basic, but fine. I would prefer a more modern look and better security features. Breakfast wasn’t very good - dry and bland Overall I would stay again.

Ficamos satisfeitos com o SAN MARTIN. Recomendamos

Ficamos hospedados por cinco noites. Excelente localização na Plaza Independência, próximo de tudo. O hotel é simples,não é novo, mas está bem conservado. O café da manhã é farto, variado e atende muito bem. A equipe é muito atenciosa. O custo benefício compensa. Recomendamos.

Muito bem localizado, acomodação honesta

O Hotel é super bem localizado, do lado do lugar mais turístico de Mendoza, portanto voce fará tudo a pé. O estacionamento do hotel fica ao lado, mas é totalmente seguro e grátis. Os quartos são confortáveis, nao muito grandes mas nos atenderam bem. Café da manhã honesto. Todo o atendimento foi perfeito, ficamos duas noites no hotel e com certeza voltaremos.

The hotel was well situated with shops, bars & restaurants within walking distance. The room was very small, but modern. The coffee was terrible as the equipment was cleaned with bleach. For the price, it is still a good deal.

The staff were nice and the location was great. The hotel felt very secure. My hotel room was pretty run-down, especially compared to the photos online. The shower had so much calcium build-up that it made the water spray everywhere. The bathroom fan was caked in dust and made a very loud buzzing sound whenever you turned on the bathroom lights/fan (they were connected so you didn't have the option of not turning on the fan). The panel behind the toilet flush handle was broken and just hangling loosely on the wall. Besides being old and run-down, the room was spacious and comfortable.

Ótima relação custo-benefício no coração de Mendoz

O hotel San Martin está localizado na Plaza Independência, no coração da cidade, muito próximo de bons restaurantes, casas de câmbio, agências de turismo e comércio em geral. Dá para fazer tudo à pé. Não é um hotel novo, nem tem nenhum luxo, mas é muito bem localizado e está bem conservado e limpo. Os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos. O café da manhã é regular, poderia ser melhorado se houvesse suco de frutas natural no lugar de um suco de caixa que não agrada. Após a primeira noite, pedimos para trocar de quarto por causa do banheiro que alagava após o banho, já que o chuveiro ficava dentro de uma banheira, sem proteção adequada. Fomos prontamente atendidos e apesar de termos passado a ocupar um quarto maior, com varanda, não fomos cobrados pela diferença, uma gentileza da gerência. Considero que a relação custo benefício do Hotel San Martin é excelente!

Ótima localização no centro de mendoza

Hotel com excelente localização, a maioria dos pontos do centro da cidade estão a uma curta distância a pé. A equipe do hotel é muito atenciosa e educada, tudo que precisávamos eles estão prontos para nos atender. O hotel está passando por pequenas melhorias, mas não chegam a incomodar. Ficamos em um quarto muito grande, contudo a cama era um pouco pequena para mim que tenho 1,84 cm de altura, o banheiro também era um pouco pequeno no espaço do chuveiro, a falta de um box fazia com que ele ficasse molhado após o banho. O café da manhã é bem simples, mas trás os clássicos argentinos (medialuna e doce de leite). Tem Wi-Fi nos quartos e área comum. Não tem restaurante no hotel, mas está próximo de muitos. A tarde dispõe de água quente e café no lobby para quem quer algo quente nos dias de frio.

Great location, not a great hotel

We didn’t have a great experience here, our first room didn’t have a working flush. Our second room window didn’t close and the janitor was able to take the whole window out of the pane(!!) they weren’t keen for us to get a new room despite the fact we were right at the back of the hotel on the first floor. The breakfast wasn’t great and the staff were generally quite dismissive. The third room was much better but lot of hassle to get there!

Hotel limpo, recém reformado. Quarto limpo, cama grande e colchão confortável, frigobar e amenidades de banho disponíveis. Ar condicionado e TV também. Café da manhã satisfatório. Localização EXCELENTE, em frente à Plaza Indepencia, pertinho de bancos e do ponto do Onibus de City Tour. Da pra ir a pé aos melhores restaurantes. Recomendo.

Hotel simples, nada de luxo.

O único ponto positivo deste hotel foi localização. O hotel é muito simples, quarto aparentemente sujo, muito barulho, cama ruim, travesseiros altos, ar condicionado barulhento, banheiro molhava tudo, café da manhã ruim, só tinha misto frio, ovos, salsichas, café e leite, e salada de frutas, pouca opção para o café, e tudo a mesma coisa todos os dias.

Excelente opção em Mendoza, localização muito boa em frente a praça principal da cidade, bom apartamento, internet funcionando normal, a unica sugestão que faria seria trocar a marca do café utilizado por uma de categoria acima e colocar mais opções de paes e presuntos.
