The view from the upstairs balcony was amazing. Great to enjoy your breakfast there in the morning. The pictures of the room weren’t as accurate, as the room appeared a lot bigger but was actually quite small. All in all, we enjoyed the convenience of the stay as there were many good places to eat and great attractions to easily get to.

We enjoyed our stay the only thing was we did not receive room service until our third day so had to get toilet paper from bathroom upstairs and no clean towels ever When we checked in we should have been given safe key we had to go and ask

Overpriced and outdated

The staff was friendly and helpful but the hotel needs a full renovation. Our room felt so outdated that we slept with our clothes on and we also saw a cockroach outside our room. Breakfast was a very small selection and not very tasty. The hotel is overpriced and If you are not used to a low standard and just want somewhere to sleep I wouldn’t recommend it. However, location was good with lots of restaurants nearby.

Perfeita estadia. Será sempre minha base na ciadde. A localização é a melhor. Quadrilátero nobre, em frente aos melhores restaurantes, inclusive o Azafrán (estrela Michelin). É um hotel urbano de estrutura compacta e renovada. Quartos amplos/novos/arejados/ boa ducha com aquecedor e muita água. Tem terreno ao lado com piscina. O staff é o ponto alto e merece nota 10. Sr. Rodrigo, Tiziano e os demais: todos extremamente polidos, prestativos. Auxiliam os hospedes em tudo.

Muito boa localização

A localização do hotel é excelente, o atendimento fantástico, pessoas queridas e atentas, a estrutura é condizente com o preço, confesso que até esperava menos pelas avaliações, mas o espaço para o café da manhã é incrível, em um terraço que fica o dia todo aberto no último piso, com vista panorâmica para a cidade, é lindo! O café também tinha boa qualidade, pouca variedade, mas bem ok. O elevador é bem antigo, dos que precisa abrir a porta manualmente, mas achei até fofo isso, só chato quando você sobe com muita coisa na mão. Ponto a melhorar… o banheiro tem uma disposição estranha, com as louças antigas e revestimento das paredes que esconde a sujeira, de um gosto bem duvidoso e não condizente com a qualidade do restante do hotel. Deveriam Deixar sempre algo de água nos quartos. E poderia ter pelo menos uma opção de proteína ou fruta no café da manhã. Eu voltaria a me hospedar lá com certeza, devida a localização do hotel.

Superaram a expectativa

Hotel merece pontuacao superior a atual... vou explicar. Predio antigo.com elevador daqueles que precisa fechar a grade, rsrsrsr, mais nada q incomodasse. Quartos reformados, com excelentes camas e calefacao (ate pq o clima em Mendoza é bem instavel, tivemos noites com 10° e com 21°). Atendentes sempre solicitos. Cafe da manhã terrivel, para nós que moramos no Nordeste do Brasil. Apenas paes, suco de laranja de caixa, requeijao, geleia e cafe. Mais descobri q esse é o cafe usual do argentino. Contudo, ha uma cozinha bem equipada e podemos utilizar. Compramos ovos, frutas e ficou tudo bem. O fantástico deles é a localizacao. Perto de tudoooooo. Restaurantes michellan como AZAFRAN, CENTAURO, SOBERANA ficam a menos de 150m. Ainda há opcoes de pizza napolitana (restaurante fica cheio todos os dias e vale super a pena), sorvetes famosos da regiao, casa de parrila (indico a Liniers para cordeiro e El Assadito para parrilada). Rua de bares fica a menos de 10min a pé. Enfim. Amamos o.hotel e seus beneficios.

Hotel con malas instalaciones, ascensores viejos, sin estacionamiento, los baños sucios y mal olientes, habitaciones muy viejas y no cuidadas. desayuno bufet nada un café y 2 tostadas ni jamón ni queso, ni nada, hasta q en un minuto ni tazas para el café quedaban.

Boa localização péssimo banheiro

Quarto bem iluminado com ar condicionado e ventilador. Camas muito boas com boas roupas de cama. Banheiro péssimo. Chuveiro com altura para pessoa de baixo tamanho. Região do chuveiro vira um lago já que o escoamento de água é baixo. Café da manhã limitado já que é feito no quarto sem reposição. Localização excelente. Funcionários muito cordiais.

Muy mala experiencia! El estacionamiento es muy pequeño , entran pocos autos. Me quede afuera. La zona es muy buena, pero mi habitación era muy ruidosa. Daba a la calle, tercer piso. No dormimos en toda la noche.El desayuno no existe. Te lo llevan a la habitación ( que es muy pequeña) y es demasiado básico La piscina queda a dos cuadras.Un bodrio. Jamas volvería a este hotel.
