Hello, everyone looking for a stay in Mendoza. I've been to a few hotels here in Mendoza for my stays and to be brief, I enjoyed my stay here at the Agua De Corral. The location is excellent, the staff is excellent, and though I found myself wanting a gym, the facilities are excellent. The location can't be beaten, it's perfectly situated near central Mendoza and the five gorgeous parks in a very walkable area. The San Martin Park is a little bit farther. There are always taxis nearby at the Sheraton ready to pick up passengers so traveling to Guaymallen, Godoy Cruz or other suburbs is easy. I stayed in their executive room for 9 nights, it was nice, spacious and had a desk where I could work without interruption. The facilities are well-maintained and refreshingly modern. I found myself wanting a gym. I hate to run in such hot weather as we often have during the summer in Mendoza. It is perfectly safe to walk around and run outside the hotel, I just would have preferred a climate controlled gym to run in. The staff was excellent. They helped me with everything and they were so accommodating, Agustin even helped me with my Spanish every time we chatted. I left my cousin's sweater in the room after a rushed departure and they gave it back, along with a few other things that I forgot. I didn't regret my stay, and I highly recommend the hotel. I think I'll return in the Spring.

Good Value Hotel in Mendoza
The hotel is nice, though the rooms are on the smaller side. Good staff and responsive. Nice location. The breakfast was open buffet, but the staff person had to serve you. This seemed unnecessary since there are no more covid restrictions (Oct 2023).

The front desk staff, especially Augustin, were so helpful and friendly, giving us several restaurant recommendations and tips for navigating the city. This hotel is ~ 20 minute walk from Aristedes but we felt safe walking through the city and parks.

It look better in picture ! The hotel is super cold, all corridors are black, most of the rooms are small and dark ( small window façon a concret wall) i truly felt I was in prison. There’s a fridge but the fridge will shut down when your are leaving the room ( all electricity will shut down that included anything you are trying to charge) The way the building is make you have multiple room doors one next to the other so it can be pretty noisy. Breakfast is 1300$ per person is basically uncook scramble eggs, pre made toast ( cool) and all kind of sweet. Not work it… you can get better for less around the block. The location is great that’s all I can say

The location is great but the room are small and. Very dark not only to mention that all corridors are black… the room doors are so close that everyone someone get in or out you feel they are in your room. The économique star dard room have a window leading to another window of a room inside the building to you have absolutely no natural light. They’re a mini fridge in the room but whenever you are not in the room ( key in for electricity) it stop working so we lost our food even some medication. That also goes for anything. That you plug so nothing will be charging … I won’t be coming back here .. it’s a lot of money for what it is and the noise you have to compose with. At this point I was better in some hostel.

Perfect hotel in the center of Mendoza
The hotel was comfortable and perfectly decorated, and the staff was very helpful. The location is perfect for exploring the city!

Major issue during my staying where the water was completely cut off for over a day and overnight. Unable to use toilet or even wash hands. Hotel is unable to solve the issue before I check out. Some of the front deck customer service rep’s are good while they tried to help me to recommend and contact winery for reservations, although many don’t speak much English.

The Hotel is well located easy access to amenities. I booked an standard room for two and we find it very small, we ask for another room and they give us a bigger one with a better view complimentary. We were satisfied and enjoy our stay.

Once we arrived, we were upgraded to a superior room for whatever reason and all I can say is that I would hate to see what the standard rooms are like. While the hotel was clean and excellently located, the rooms are SMALL. Think Paris small. Two of us could barely move around comfortably. Our room also had a weird smell from a drain in the bathroom floor, which was unpleasant but not unbearable. Given the price and location, I would probably stay here again though.

Hotel is located in center of city, near restaurants and shops, near central park and stop for the "hop on hop off" bus. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast included is good and served in very nice dining area on the top floor. Room was small but comfortable. Bathroom is small as well but manageable.

Minha experiência não foi boa, fechei o Quarto mais caro imaginando que seria melhor, mas pelo contrário, fiquei no 8º andar, embaixo do restaurante, um barulho terrível de cadeiras sendo arrastadas desde as 7:00 da manhã e o elevador, parecia que estava dentro do meu quarto. O banheiro minusculo, tomava banho e lavava o banheiro ao mesmo tempo, nunca vi um box sem vidro. O atendimento muito bom, Agostin, Gabriel, todos muito atenciosos e prestativos e um bom café da manhã se chegar cedo, pois os itens não tem reposição no café.

No café da manhã , não deixam vc se servir e o lugar é muito apertado - vc bate o tempo todo na quina de masa e cadeira.pelo preço pago , sugiro outra hospedagem em Mendoza . Razoável! Localização excelente porém O quarto era minúsculo não cabia nossas malas. Banheiro minúsculo e desconfortável. Ao tomar banho molhava todo o banheiro. Ar condicionado não funcionava, muito quente o quarto, precisamos abrir as janelas para conseguirmos vestir as roupas de frio sem ficarmos sufocados. Hotel com Acústica ruim, barulhento, sem Privacidade, ouvíamos tudo dos quartos vizinhos. Quando o hóspede vizinho abria a porta parecia que estava entrando no nosso quarto de tanto barulho que fazia. O café da manhã não é selfie service, embora esteja tudo na bancada você não pode se servir, tem que aguardar numa fila enquanto um único funcionário vai servindo os hóspedes. Recomendaria apenas pela localização, não voltaria!

O hotel é muito bem localizado. O café da manhã é OK! Os quartos são bem apertados. Eu, minha esposa e minha família ocupamos 3 quartos. TODOS tivemos problemas com o ar-condicionado. TODOS! Não senti muita boa vontade do staff para nos ajudar quanto a isso. O ar-condicionado parava de funcionar, depois voltava...e ficava sempre esse lenga-lenga, sem qualquer explicação plausível do hotel. Somente na última noite, quando o quarto estava bem abafado, fizemos um "escândalo", daí chamaram o gerente e ele finalmente solucionou o problema em MENOS DE 5 MINUTOS. Por isso disse que "faltou boa vontade do staff". No geral, a experiência foi boa, mais devido à perfeita localização do que ao próprio hotel.

O Hotel está extremamente bem localizado, com um ótimo atendimento é um bom conforto. A única coisa que não gostei tanto foi do café da manhã que não podíamos nos servir, tínhamos que ficar pedindo para pegarem as coisas e não teve nenhuma variação de alimentos durante toda a estadia.
