"The rating would have been higher except for the room we booked, which was a couple of blocks away from the main house. Right on the sidewalk with no window to open and no TV. But the staff was very friendly and the happy hour and, especially, the breakfast, were exceptional. Would gladly book again, albeit in the main house. "

"Everything we needed was provided. The only staff we dealt with were the girls cooking in the kitchen at breakfast and they were very polite and attentive. The check-in was easy once we realized it was a self check in sort of situation. My fault for not reading directions well 😆 the location and the scenery were amazing, and the room was clean and spacious. Will definitely recommend and go back."

"Overall a fantastic stay. Convienient location to get to downtown Mendocino and downtown Fort Bragg. Comfortable home, and really loved the outdoor solar and motion-activated lights for easy of movement after the sun set!"

"Pros: Stunning view, very clean, convenient to town, great bed, well stocked kitchen, nice bathroom, lovely soundscape of waves crashing in the distanceCons: Furniture is a little old (nightstands have finish flaking off), and then there's the fridge. It's not loud, it's just close. So close that you can't hear the waves when it's on. We wanted to hear the waves at night so we had to turn it off. But with the fridge off and the deck door open a bit to let in the sound it was heaven."

"Everything was just as described. The hot tub was great! The landscaping was beautiful. Everything that I needed to prepare meals was in the kitchen. Loved the gift basket. We had a relaxing stay. We didn't want to leave. Next time I will reserve the cottage for longer. Such a relaxing beautiful place. Thank you."
