Familienurlaub Gümüldür Resort

Wir wohnten im Block A in der 3. Etage im Familienzimmer mit Meerblick. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern da und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer waren sauber und vernünftig ausgestattet. Die Poolanlagen sind schön wir hatten dort jeden Tag schöne Stunden. Hier und da müsste An der Poolanlage mal etwas repariert werden. Das Essen war gut und sehr vielseitig. Hier findet jeder etwas nach seinem Geschmack. Das Personal in der Anlage war stets freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Animationsteam hat uns ebenfalls viel Freude bereitet. Der Strand ist ebenfalls sauber und schön. Liegen und Sonnenschirme waren immer ausreichend vorhanden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und es ist nicht ausgeschlossen, dass wir wieder kommen. Danke!

Odayla ilgili tamir isteyen bir iki durum oldu bir de su ayarı bir sıcak bir soğuk duş alırken sorun yaşadık dengesizliğinden dolayı son olarak internet sorunu yaşadık kaldığımız odadan çekmiyordu deluxe oda olmasına ramen bunlar dışında güzel bir tatildi ilgi alaka yerinde idi tekrar tercih edilir.

İlk ve son tercih ettiğim otel olacak.. Berbat

Çatı kapısının yan tarafındaki odayı verdiler odanın anahtarı bile diğer odalarınkinden farklı olarak manueldi, rutubet kokusundan odada duramadık, ekonomik odalarda balkon oldugunu yazmışlardı ama siz ekonomik oda almışsınız diye küçümseyerek bize küçücük tek camlı bir oda verdiler güneş ışığı bile gitmiyordu neredeyse,, bu oteli tercih ettiğim için çok pişmanım..

yer bulamzsanz beklentiyi düşük tutarsanız gidilir

Otel çok geniş bir alana konumlanmış, kalabalık bir zamanda gitmiş olmamıza ragmen bir kargaşa yoktu. ancak yemek saatinin ilk zamanlarında giderseniz aşırı bir kuyruk oluyor. yemekler çok güzel değil. patates kızartması genelde bayat. mayonez namına bir şey yok mayonezli salata dahi yoktu. 5 günlük tatilimizde sürekli aynı menü çıktı durdu. sadece bir gün Türk gecesine denk geldik orada çok güzel yemekler çıktı. odalarda tuhaf bir koku var. onu bastırmak için oda parfümü koymuşlar o da pili bitmek üzere olduğu için yeteri kadar basamıyordu. yataklar çok sertdi. komodin çekmeceleri açılmıyordu. havlularda çarşaflarda leke falan yoktu. ama çok ta beyaz değildi. denizi taşlık ve orantısız derinlikler vardı. gerçi gümüldür denizinde genelde ani derinlikler olur. akşamları animatörler ve programlar eğlenceliydi. genel görüntü olarak çevre dizaynı güzel iç açıcı. merkeze yakın. ancak gezip dolaşacak bir yer yok. hemen karşıda şok market var. ve otel gece pazarının içinde. Bir daha gider miyim? pek sanmıyorum.

Bayram için oradaydık, 3 gün boyunca bir aksilik yaşamadık. Çok lüks değil ancak verilen paraya göre beklentileri karşılıyor. Bence en olumlu yanı çalışanlarının güler yüzüydü. Gerçekten de bir tane suratı asık çalışan görmedik. Özellikle rest.ta görev yapan mehmet beye çok teşekkürler...

Havuzlara girişte hijyen yok gibiydi, kahvaltısı iyiydi; öğlen akşam yemekleri vasatın üstüydü, köfte , tavuk izgara önünde sürekli sıra vardı, bitince yenisini beklemek zorundasınız, konumu iyiydi, gece 24:00 ten sonra içki servisi bitiyor, kaydıraklar tam 7 yaşa uygun, sabah 7:30 da kalkıp havuzda yer kapmanız lazım, deniz bulanıktı ama idare eder. sabun, şampuan, nemlendirici yok, yanınıza alın, Fiyata göre hizmet , özellikle de yemekler bir tık daha iyi olabilir..

Vi kan på ingen måder anbefale dette hotel. Lad vær med at spilde jeres ferie på det hotel. 1. Ingen wifi dækning. Det virker ikke. 2. Inde i restauranten render der vilde katte rundt. 3. Manglende personale. Ledelsen presser personalet. Vi har vidne til slaveri. 4. Manglende plads ved poolen- ikke nok liggestole. Ingen parasoller. 5. Et overfyldt hotel med manglede kapacitet. 6. Restauranten var overfyldt, og det var en kamp at få plads derinde.

Resort was nice although geared more to locals, the markets outside were great and the proximity to the aqua park a real bonus. Food on resort was good although limited for kids, bar service was not great however and one member of staff in the area quite rude :(. Animation team were fantastic and the poolside entertainment good.

Das Essen hat Schimmel gehabt, wir haben für ganz andere Zimmer bezahlt und wir haben eine Zimmer bekommen schlimmer als ein Schweine stahl. Toalette war kaputt, überall Ameisen, defekte Möbel. 2 mal haben die Geld von uns verlangt obwohl wir haben das geklärt das wir haben alles bezahlt über Expedia. Wir gehen nie wieder da. Diese Hotel hat Maximum 2 Sterne
