We spent 4 nights at Club Marvy with our 11 years old son. The resort is very green, lush and has a private beach with a water sports club. My son really had a lot of fun at the water park. Food was great, didn't eat anything bad. Staff all around the resort was very friendly and helpful. The shows, bands for evening shows were very good. Some days sea can get wavey but some days amazing. A la carte restaurants were nice. Will come back, recommended.

Pros: Foods are amazing Beaches are great and sea temperature is perfect. Staff are very good at reception, kesre beach and a la carte restaurants. Cons: Hotel is %60 full but they dont upgrade our room. We are only two adults. I forget my swimsuit at the beach. They have an assistant chat but it is not worked. They couldnt find it. I go there and get my stuff. I want to try breakfast restaurant at the adult side but it is also rejected. They dont have any idea about the customer appreciation.

We have stayed at +18 Adult Only side of Club Marvy for our 25th year wedding anniversary and we loved it. There is a private beach secluded from the main part of the complex and two a la carte restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was amazing, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, service was always very good. Overall we really enjoyed and will stay there again.

İ would like to thank to Tuğcan, Ece, Egemen, Birol and Emre.. they are really good and helpfıll but i ve visited 70 all inclusive hotel, the worst is Marvy.. premium rooms are far to the restaurant, bar and etc, they say we transport you by buggy, i call 4 time but buggy doesnt come or comes after 30 minutes.. when you want to drink alcohol in the menu, they always say it is finished.. the snacks are terrible .. so i will never come again and i dont suggest to anyone.. i am really tired in this hotel

Club Marvy war ein einzigartiges Erlebnis! Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön und sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Essen war sehr frisch und lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich wobei das auch daran liegt das wir Anfang September dort waren (weniger stressig für die Mitarbeiter). Auch die User Experience wie das man per App Getränke an den Strand bestellen kann gefiel uns sehr. Der einzige Punkt welcher uns störte ist die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer welches uns aber im Adults Only Bereich weniger Probleme verursachte. Im grossen und ganzen kann ich sagen, das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert, wer noch nie hier war, verpasst definitiv etwas :)

Aufgrund von den guten Bewertungen und dem Hype um dieses Hotel haben wir uns etwas mehr erhofft. Zimmer: Insgesamt haben wir zwei mal das Zimmer gewechselt, wobei wir mit unserem dritten Zimmer auch nicht zufrieden waren. Im ersten Zimmer war bei Ankunft die Toilette noch sehr dreckig und wir hatten direkt einen Wasserschaden unter der Toilette entdeckt. Dadurch stand viel Wasser im Badezimmer, wodurch es auch muffig gerochen hat. Wir konnten dann das Zimmer wechseln. Das Zimmer war gut aber nebenan war direkt ein Mitarbeitereingang, wo die Türe unglaublich laut auf und zu ging. Insgesamt konnten wir nur 3 Stunden schlafen. Am nächsten Tag wurde uns dann ein weiteres Zimmer angeboten, ABER mit Aufpreis! Wir müssten insgesamt noch mal 55€ pro Nacht zuzahlen, da angeblich kein anderes Zimmer frei war. Da es unser Urlaub ist, in dem wir entspannen und nachts schlafen wollen, haben wir das gemacht. Auch in diesem Zimmer gab es ein Problem. Das Fenster im Schlafzimmer hatte einen Griff mehr und ging durch den Wind immer wieder auf und zu. Da wir auf einen dritten Wechsel keine Lust hatten, haben wir eine Kommode vor das Fenster gestellt, sodass es geschlossen bleibt. Restaurants: die Auswahl der Restaurants ist sehr gut und das Essen war auch immer lecker. Viel Abwechslung gab es im Buffetrestaurant nicht. Aber dafür gab es sehr viele unterschiedliche alacard Restaurants, wo das Essen immer ausreichend war und immer geschmeckt hat. Das hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekom

Nie wieder - Wir waren in der Hauptsaison dort – mit Kind – und es war eine absolute Enttäuschung. Hotel & Anlage Von außen wirkt die Anlage traumhaft, perfekt für Instagram-Fotos – aber das war’s auch schon. In Wirklichkeit ist es extrem hügelig, ohne Buggy kaum machbar, und mit Kinderwagen eine Zumutung: viele Treppen, steile Wege, null Komfort. Essen Auf den ersten Blick wirkt das Buffet toll, aber es wiederholt sich jeden Tag. Tische bleiben dreckig, Getränke kommen nach ewigem Warten, Obst wird kaum nachgefüllt. Reservierungen in den à-la-carte Restaurants sind über die App so gut wie unmöglich – angeblich immer ausgebucht. Erst nach Beschwerde beim „Marvy Assist“-Team haben wir einen Platz bekommen… und dann waren mehr als die Hälfte der Tische leer! Das „exklusive Konzept“ ist ein Witz. Zimmer Alt, abgewohnt, unsauber – mehr Schein als Sein. Wir hatten das Gefühl, seit zehn Jahren wurde nichts mehr modernisiert. Sauberkeit? Fehlanzeige. Strand & Pool Viel zu voll, Liegen nicht zu bekommen. Am Pool Chaos pur. Das Meer war zwar schön, aber sehr wellig – immerhin ein kleiner Pluspunkt. Service & Management Wir haben uns über all diese Punkte mehrfach beim Management beschwert – getan wurde NICHTS. Null Entgegenkommen, null Problemlösung. Das Personal besteht fast nur aus Trainees und Studenten, niemand wirklich geschult. Service = schrecklich! Fazit Preis-Leistung ist eine Katastrophe. Auf Fotos wirkt alles traumhaft, in echt ist es enttäuschend. Ja nicht buchen!

Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem Hotel und rundum begeistert. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit, den aufmerksamen Service und das hervorragende Essen – allein wegen der Küche würde ich jederzeit wiederkommen! Das Hotel liegt in einer idyllischen Gegend, ideal zum Abschalten und Entspannen. Ich kann dieses Hotel mit ruhigem Gewissen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einer mega guten Gastronomie, das Buffet hat mehr zu bieten als das Herz begehrt. Ich könnte keine negativen Punkte aufzählen, jedoch habe ich trotzdem nicht das Gefühl von, ich will da unbedingt nochmal hin.

In allem war es sehr schön im Club Marvy, die Anlage ist wunderschön in die Natur eingearbeitet. Personal ist sehr nett. Die Zimmer könnten so langsam ein Update vertragen :)

Wir hatten einen insgesamt sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Club Marvy. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der gepflegte Strand, das vielfältige und qualitativ hochwertige Essen sowie die weitläufige und ansprechend gestaltete Anlage. Einziger Kritikpunkt war die Lautstärke der Abendunterhaltung. Die Musik und Shows waren so laut, dass an erholsamen Schlaf vor 23 Uhr leider nicht zu denken war. Die Kinder hielten sich bei den Shows zeitweise die Ohren zu. Wir sind jedoch überzeugt, dass sich dieses Problem mit einfachen Mitteln beheben ließe. Insgesamt bedanken wir uns für die erholsamen Tage und kommen gerne wieder
