Located in a peaceful area just a short walk from city centre Menaggio, this bright and comfortable apartment offers breathtaking views of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. Situated directly across from Bellagio and Varenna, the apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday.

The apartment features a spacious living room with a cosy dining area, a small kitchenette, and a comfortable sitting area with a sofa bed (suitable for one guest). A long, walk-out balcony overlooks the lake—ideal for enjoying meals or relaxing in the evening light.

The master bedroom offers stunning lake views, while the second bedroom includes two single beds that can be joined to form a double. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/shower, toilet, and bidet. The unit also includes private parking in an open garage.

The home is part of a very quiet residential complex, home to elderly residents. For this reason, we welcome only families with children, couples, or solo travellers. Groups of young adults under 25 are not permitted, and parties or loud music are strictly prohibited to maintain the peaceful environment.

The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the centre of Menaggio, where you’ll find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and cafés. The bus station is just a 10-minute walk away, and the ferry terminal (for ferries to Bellagio, Varenna, and other towns) is about a 20-minute walk. Varenna’s train station—which offers direct connections to Milan—is accessible via a short ferry ride.

Menaggio is one of Lake Como’s most charming and historic towns, perfectly situated for exploring the region. Bellagio and Varenna are only 15 minutes away by ferry, and Lugano, Switzerland, is just 15 miles away and easily accessible by public transport.
