Big Cypress Lodge
Liked the room,and shower . Staff from Hotel to restaurant and all in between were amazing, Polite and efficient with customer service. Lodge restaurant off the skyline elevators was not good food. Service was great but food was served raw salmon and raw steak. Not good.

The Guest House at Graceland
Room is not cleaned every day. Which means no extra cups/ coffee for the next morning. Also we were only given 2 cups, creamers etc although they knew there were 3 people staying in the room. Everything else was very good

While I love the history and the location, I was disappointed in all the extra fees. I already thought the rate was overpriced for what you got, but after seeing all the extra fees upon check out, I would have chosen a different hotel for our nightly stay.
