"Had to switch rooms because the HVAC did not work. Alarm clock hard to see the digits. No facial tissues, which is rare for a hotel. Bathroom light comes on when you walk in the door, which is bad in the middle of the night. Staff quite helpful."

"The only positive comment is the check in person was very nice. Unfortunately the room had no TV which wasn’t crucial, but a long day of driving and we just kinda wanted to relax and unwind. Walls are very thin and people let their doors slam shut and talked loudly in the halls late at night and early in the morning. The room wasn’t dirty but it wasn’t really clean either. "

"We had to get switched rooms through our first hour of our visit. The first room had hair everywhere, the sheets were nasty with hair and different smear marks on them, and there was hair in the drains. I had to go ask for a room switch with how bad it was. The second room wasn’t as bad, but still had a lot of issues. The second room had very low lighting, hair in the drain, smears of some foreign stuff on the pullout couch bed, poop like stains on the bathroom wall. The carpet was very disgusting and never really cleaned with stains on the floor as well. I will never recommend this state to anybody. If I could give them a zero star, I would. cleanliness is not their strength."
