"Rhonda is a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome. Rooms are charming and thoughtful decorated in a home with a long history. Plenty of street parking near house. We spent the evening on J Street and found a wonderful coffee house nearby the next morning. Great location on the edge of downtown Sacramento and a wonderful experience."

We were able to walk everywhere from this location. Many parks within walking distance. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was superb, friendly and helpful. "Close to downtown 8 min uber ride for fun night, which I enjoyed. Downfall is parking isn’t validated but overall great experience. Would stay here again. "
