Excellent service and supportive staff.

This was my second stay at the Lombardy Hotel. Both stays were excellent with the most outstanding feature being the top flight professionalism of all of the staff. The beds are very comfortable and the location is very convenient.

Great Location and the best Hotel Staff. Clean rooms with a great Rooftop Bar Restaurant and Lounge What makes it so great is the staff who make everything easy for you to enjoy.

I have to admit I was disappointed. The check-in process would have been far more seamless if the elevators were working. Because this property is located in an area where parking is limited, my husband parked while I waited to check in and go to our room. The lines to board one single elevator were so long that it was over 45 minutes before my husband reached the room and he only made it because a staff member scurried a bunch of very annoyed patrons into a service elevator. Also, no matter what setting the heat was on, the temperature kept rising and we could not sleep because it was so hot. Finally, unfortunately, our shower had very low water pressure as well. We expressed all of our concerns at check out and were told "oh you had the NICE room, have a nice day" so I sent an email requesting to be put in touch with the GM on the spot. The restaurant was eh, the quality of the chicken seemed to below my expectations. The short rib was so greasy that my husband just couldn't eat it, but our waitress Kendall was incredibly sweet along with the nice man that checked us in as well, he gave us 2 complimentary drinks. On a positive note, the staff was generally kind, this hotel is very reasonably priced, trendy, in an awesome location and has really breathtaking views!
