Your Melrose adventure begins at this brilliant 4 bedroom 2 bath main house with a 1 bedroom 1 bath upstairs apartment with a queen bed. Inside the main house, guests find a perfect mix of comfort and space, featuring one king bed, one queen bed, one room with two twins, and one room with two bunk beds that are both twin over full to suit all group sizes. Plenty of bar/table seating in the kitchen and dining area for larger parties. There is a relaxing sunroom great for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing in the afternoons playing one of the provided board and card games. The firepit, hammock, deck, and patio areas are great for relaxing outdoors and enjoying the view of the lake or if you want to get on the lake, there are kayaks, a canoe, and a paddleboat to enjoy (and maybe get a little fishing in... The detached garage under the apartment has a washer and dryer, ping pong table, shuffleboard table, corn hole boards, and a gas grill (with a spare tank). Whether relaxing indoors or planning your next outing, this lovely home offers a welcoming retreat. The yard is fenced and cross fenced, so feel free to bring your furry friends (there is a small pet fee).
