Información totalmente falsa!!!

Terrible, ustedes en su pagina me mostraron una información totalmente falsa y errónea a lo que en el hotel me ofrecieron, me pusieron en una habitación que no tenía nada que ver con la descripción que salía en la página, lo único que me supieron responder es que ustedes “hoteles.com” están dando información falsa. Ni aire acondicionado ni nada de lo dicho en la descripción a la hora de hacer la reserva.

Una horrible experiencia

El aseo de las habitaciones terrible, adicional alquilamos una moto acuática y nos entregaron una dañada y sin importar esta situación el hotel quería que continuarámos el turno pagado en este vehículo defectuoso (no aceleraba) el servicio pésimo, las instalaciones del hotel se encontraban en general en muy mal estado, realizamos la reserva por hotels. Com pero para el hotel no teníamos ninguna reserva por lo cual casi nos quedamos sin habitación y al final nos entregaron una con filtraciones de agua que se inundaba cada 6 horas y al solicitar aseo a la habitación la respuesta de los empleado fue "ustedes ya casi se van cuando nos entreguen la habitación le hacemos aseo" por lo cual nos tocó pedir q al menos nos prestarán un trapero, en resumen si quiere tener unas vacaciones horribles haga caso omiso a este comentario y reserve en este hotel el cual es muy pobre en calidad, servicio al cliente e instalaciones.

Por el costo anunciado no obtienes lo que ofrecen

1. No hubo aseo en la habitación durante nuestra estadía 2. La publicación oferta habitaciones con cama QueenSize y no es verdad, las camas son dobles. 3. La piscina no contaba con la debida limpieza, el agua estaba turbia durante toda la estadía. 4. Los costos adicionales por estacionamiento y traslado desde y hacia el horel no son claros en el anuncio y aumenta consideravlemente el valor por noche. No existe estacionamiento del hotel es totalmente externo y con costo por noche. Es imposible llegar al hotel en automovil! Es imposible llegar al hotel y cumplir con la reserva sin el traslado en lancha, es obligatorio pagarlo, por enfe debería estar claro en el anuncio con precio y tiempo.

Nos fue muy bien, la comida en el hotel es deliciosa. Además, tiene diferentes espacios de entretenimiento: ping pong, rana, billar y piscina. Tienen servicio para esquiar en la represa. Lo único que tiene por mejorar es que en la reserva decía que las habitaciones tenían aire acondicionado, pero la verdad era que tenían ventilador.

El hotel es agradable, las personas de las lanchas, la cocina, la recepcion, el mesero muy amables todos, todo funciono como lo esperamos, solo tengo un gran detalle que sugerirle a hoteles. Com como operador logístico y es que en la oferta que hacen en los clientes en la página nos cuenten todos los tipos de planes que los hoteles manejan, porque si hubiera hecho la reserva directamente con el hotel, me habría salido un plan todo incluido mucho más económico de lo que tuvimos que pagar por hospedaje más comidas aparte y ya estando en el hotel no se puede hacer el cambio porque o sino multan al huésped, es algo que deben mejorar a nivel de comunicacion, que finalmente afecta el bolsillo del usuario.
