Located in the heart of Salento, just 2.5 km from the famous Torre dell'Orso Bay and close to the medieval village of Roca Nuova, Tenuta degli Ulivi is a prestigious residence designed for an exclusive stay. Nestled in a centuries-old olive grove of about 5,000 sqm, the villa offers complete privacy, spacious communal areas, and is ideal for large groups, big families, or private events.



The estate accommodates up to 17 guests, balancing social spaces and independence. It features 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms with showers and hairdryers. Each room has independent air conditioning, mosquito screens, LED TV, safe, and Wi-Fi.



The 60 sqm living area boasts large sliding glass doors on three sides, with a dining table and chairs overlooking the garden. The professional masonry kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, espresso and American coffee machines, and kettle.



The wellness area and outdoor park include a natural Biodesign infinity pool with beach area, hydromassage, and sun loungers. Open from May to October. Thanks to natural stone technology, the water temperature stays pleasant and constant. The area is fully fenced for children's safety. There is also an outdoor shower and a solarium area.



A professional barbecue area with grill and wood-fired oven is perfect for outdoor dinners. The strategic location allows you to reach the Marine of Melendugno (San Foca, Roca, Grotta della Poesia) and Otranto in minutes.
