The spacious 240m² vacation home is located in Torre dell'Orso - Melendugno (LE), a scenic town in the province of Lecce in the Apulia region of southeastern Italy. The home consists of 4 apartments that include 8 bedrooms as well as 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 24 people. The home features television, A/C and a washing machine and is child-friendly. Guests can enjoy the view from the balcony and sit outdoors in the furnished garden or relax in the covered terrace, both private features. Guests can also take advantage of the outdoor pool with showers and cook in the grill area, all private features as well. The home is located just 1 to 5 minutes (1 to 3 km) from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues clustered along the waterfront. The home is just 5 minutes (2 km) by car from the pristine waters and beautiful rock formations of the Torre dell'Orso and Punta Soap beaches. Visitors can experience the natural beauty of the region, particularly in the Cestine Nature Reserve, a 380 hectares remnant area of a vast wetland that once covered the area from Brindisi to Otranto and features sand dunes, marshlands, and an array of fauna and wildlife, and is just 22 minutes (10 km) from the home by car. Situated amidst dense oak forests and wild olive trees, golf enthusiasts will enjoy the scenic 18-hole Alcaya Golf Club overlooking the sea just 23 minutes (17 km) by car from the home. The Torre dell'Orso – Melendugno area currently has 17 cycling routes the wind through the stunning mountainous and coastal landscape. Brindisi Airport is a 53 minute (74 km) drive from the home.
