    Situata nella splendida Torre dell’Orso, una delle località più amate del Salento, questa casa vacanze è la soluzione ideale per chi desidera vivere un soggiorno comodo, luminoso e rilassante, a breve distanza da sabbia chiara, mare cristallino e scenari tra i più suggestivi della costa adriatica.

    La struttura può ospitare fino a 6 persone ed è perfetta per famiglie, coppie e gruppi di amici. Gli ambienti sono pratici e ben distribuiti: un soggiorno vivibile con divano letto, angolo cottura a vista completo di forno, due camere da letto — una matrimoniale e una doppia — bagno con doccia e bidet, oltre a una comoda doccia esterna, ideale dopo una giornata al mare.

    Uno dei punti di forza della casa sono gli spazi esterni: due balconi privati e aree all’aperto dove pranzare, cenare o semplicemente rilassarsi nelle ore più tranquille della giornata. La casa è recintata, situata in una zona tranquilla e offre tutto il necessario per una vacanza serena e senza pensieri.
