It has a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom and offers space for 4 persons. From your furnished balcony you can watch the hustle and bustle in the streets below you and experience Italian flair up close. Restaurants, bars and cafés are 450 m and 6 minutes on foot respectively and the nearest supermarket is 350 m away. The sandy beach Lido L'Orsetta, 230 m away, is also in the immediate vicinity and can be reached in a 3-minute walk.
