The house covers approximately 130 square metres, with spacious and well-proportioned rooms designed to combine comfort and conviviality.

The living area comprises a cosy living room and a fully equipped, functional kitchen-diner.

The sleeping area comprises three spacious bedrooms (two double and one twin); one of the double bedrooms is located on the mezzanine level, while the other is on the main floor, and it is also ideal for families with small children thanks to the provision of a cot.

There are two fully equipped bathrooms, which are also ideal for large groups.

Outside, you will find a large private courtyard equipped with a table and barbecue for your outdoor dinners, as well as a second service courtyard leading to the outdoor bathroom and laundry room.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including both private courtyards.

There are no shared spaces: you can enjoy the house in complete privacy and freedom.

Self-check-in from 4:00 pm using the key lockbox.

Check-out by 10:00 a.m., with the option to store luggage by prior arrangement.

Pets allowed.
 Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Some of the furnishings are being upgraded (completion expected by mid-June) to further enhance the guest experience.
