Appartamento Blue Dreams is a basic but cozy holiday home by the sea in San Foca, near Melendugno. The apartment is on the upper floor of a building near the seafront promenade and it accommodates up to 5 guests. It is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning and tv in the living room, washing machine, iron and ironing board, electric oven. Pets are not allowed.

Appartamento Blue Dreams is on the first floor, reachable by stairs from a small outdoor area on the ground floor, which is shared with the owner. The holiday home opens into a corridor that takes to the dining room with a sofa bed for two guests and the kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms: double bedroom and twin bedroom. From the double bedroom the guests have access to a small outdoor area with porch and partial view on the sea. Moreover, there is a bathroom with shower with ante bathroom used as laundry room.

The apartment Blue Dreams is near the centre of San Foca, by the small tourist harbor. It`s in a strategic position because it`s within walking distance from the city centre, the seafront promenade, the shopping area and many more amenities. The closest beach is Lido L`Isola dei Briganti, less than 100 meters away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in Via Silvio Pellico 23 - Lecce (at the agency Lupiae Vacanze).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared entry with the owner who lives on the ground floor.
- Air conditioner  in the living room.
