"The driver was 30 mins late collecting us from the airport so we arrived as the electricity was switched off so no fan or power to charge the phones which was a little frustrating. Other than that, it is a great location to see Tikal and the guide was excellent. We ate lunch which was good. The room was basic but comfortable and had mosquito nets. The transfer van is comfortable and modern."
