This single family home built in 1926 is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Located close to downtown Melbourne, beaches, golf course and Florida Tech. A perfect home base for all the Orlando attractions and the Space Center.

Enjoy all the comforts of home with a large fully equipped kitchen, inside and outside dining area, three seating areas to relax in, the living room which has a 50" TV, sunporch and the outside patio with seating and a gas grill. Fantastic property! Spacious two bedroom, two bath home in a quiet neighborhood. Wonderful backyard with patio furniture and grill. Kitchen stocked with cooking utensils, pots, plates, etc. Bathrooms stocked with toilet paper and towels. Large utility room with washer/dryer. Close to grocery store. About 30 minutes to beach. Would definitely stay at this property again! The host was very accommodating and easy to reach.

Wonderful Stay in the 1926 House
We, four adults, stayed in the 1926 House for four nights and it was exactly as advertised and better! Beautifully decorated, full of charm and character, amazingly clean and spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable. Bathrooms stocked with shampoos, Kleenex, tp, Q-tips and plenty of towels and washcloths. Kitchen stocked with various spices, salt and pepper and cleaning supplies. Laundry room stocked with detergents and supplies. Located close to restaurants and stores. Quiet neighborhood. Easy and quick communication with Donna. Check-in and check-out simple and uncomplicated. A house you can live in-just bring your groceries. We will return to this home when in the area again.

Great Historical Home
Three adults stayed at this home. It is absolutely gorgeous inside and very spacious. Although there was a party going on in the yard directly behind this home, if you went inside you couldn't hear any of the party noise. This home has been restored to its original appearance in 1926. The host had everything there that we could think of and then many extras on top of that. Both beds were comfortable. A lovely home with a lot of "Southern Charm" and definitely worth the reasonable price. It was also centrally located and just a hop from the airport.
