Stay in the heart of Historic Downtown Melbourne in a comfortable second-floor condo designed for couples, families, and business travelers. The home includes two private bedrooms with king beds, a sofa bed, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, dining and living areas, and a private balcony. Restaurants, cafés, boutiques, nightlife, and Main Street Pub are steps away. Melbourne Beach, the Indian River Lagoon, Melbourne Orlando International Airport, groceries, and area attractions are a short drive away. Guests have private use of the entire condo and balcony, with shared use of the parking area and exterior stairs. Parking is available near the building. The condo is accessed by stairs with a mid-landing and there is no elevator. This is an active downtown location: nearby venues host live music most evenings, sometimes until 11 p.m. on Fridays, and trains pass through downtown. White-noise machines are provided in both bedrooms, but light sleepers should consider the expected urban noise before booking.
