We truly appreciated the hotel’s thoughtfulness in waiving one night’s stay when a family member had to check out a day early due to feeling unwell and needing to head to Taipei to prepare for our return to the U.S. We will book this hotel again the next time we visit Taiwan!"

"I loved our family room with the loft; very clean and cozy and we had our own balcony with a beautiful view of the tea plantation. The hot pot restaurant was amazing with delicious fresh veggies and was a lovely way to end the day after hiking in the misty forest. The view of sunset from the hot pot restaurant was absolutely stunning! My only reservation would be for elderly travelers as there are stairs and some steep pathways- they would need some assistance with luggage and walking. Breakfast was delicious! I’m so grateful we stayed here. Thank you! "
