Studio 'Between Forest and Lake' with Lake View and Private Garden

Located in Meinerzhagen-Windebruch in the heart of the Sauerland, this 53 m² studio welcomes up to 2 guests in a natural setting between forest and lake. Completed in 2025, the studio features a distinctive design and high-quality construction, ensuring pleasant temperatures in summer and cozy warmth in winter.



The open-plan living area includes a well-equipped kitchen and a wood-burning stove with firewood provided. Additional amenities: TV, washing machine, underfloor heating. The sleeping area can be separated by thick curtains. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower with glass partition and window. Most furnishings are solid wood. Also included: radio, board games, books, yoga mats, and on request a trapeze (up to 100 kg) and a punching bag (please specify if not desired).



Enjoy lake views from your private, uncovered terrace and garden with kitchen herbs, depending on the season. An electric grill and folding dining table are available for outdoor meals. The terrace borders a natural plot, offering you privacy.



Street parking and a lockable bike shed are available. Pets are not allowed. Smoking indoors and loud parties are not permitted.



The Listersee with excellent water quality is just 400 m away. Nearby towns: Meinerzhagen (15 km), Olpe (14 km), Attendorn (12 km).



On-site activities: hiking, cycling, fishing, stand-up paddling, canoeing, surfing (with your own equipment), painting, photography, or simply relaxing.
