"Amazing hotel with exceptional customer service. Every member of staff was attentive and went beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The warm welcome from check in to the unexpected team check out will stay with me and I will most definitely stay there again when visiting Chitwan in the near future. "This is the best hotel since a long time. It has deserved more than 5 stars. Everything is well cared of, the rooms are clean and beautiful. The staff was sooooo amazing. Everybody was smiling, caring and attentive. It was the best time in Nepal. The safaris were perfect."
