"Breakfast was extremely subpar…even from last year! Pillows must be 40 years old & flat, terrible noisy AC/heater unit. HK staff is subpar..they do not clean microwaves/fridges/coffee makers or above doors/headboards, lamps/bulbs, bugs in light fixtures. Food in freezer, toothpaste/hair in sink. Trash cans are FITHY with months of gunk!
Sloppy cleaning. Bedding did not smell fresh even. Doors/walls had marks & dirt that can easily be removed. Pealing paint should be addressed by maintenance. & why have a hot tub room w/o having it functional?
From last year this place has gone way downhill. Do NOT recommend

Very limited towels and i little bottle of shampoo
The Beds were SUPER COMFY
Nice choice of pillows

"The property and parking is situated in a small space. Indicates a pool present. Though we never saw one. Room was outdated and needed a good cleaning. Linens were laundered but had pet hair stuck in places. Fridge came with pizza from a previous guest. There were ants on the floor. We were put in a separate back building without easy access to the main building. Has to walk around to the main building for ice, laundry and breakfast. Breakfast was minimal and crowded in a tight spot. Items were running out and a major delivery took process in the middle of Saturday morning breakfast. This was awkward, inconvenient and somewhat dangerous with big loads of items being maneuvered around small children who were trying to access food in tight spaces. Not sure we’d stay here again."
