Our beautiful “Villa Dolce Vita” with private pool and sea view is located in Premantura, a stone's throw from the Kamenjak Natural Park, 10 minutes from Pula and Medulin. Here you can enjoy absolute relaxation by spending pleasant moments in comfortable and spacious rooms suitable for the whole family. The villa is surrounded by 750 square meters of green space, with private shaded parking.

“Villa Dolce Vita” is spread over two floors.
Ground floor: large open space with living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Large double bedroom "Medulin" with terrace and access to the swimming pool. A bathroom with corner bath and shower.
First floor: “Opatja” double bedroom with private terrace and bathroom with shower. Two double bedrooms “Rovinji” and “Banjole”. A bathroom with shower. A 33 sqm terrace with sea view.
You will also find: satellite TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, towels, sheets, iron and hairdryer in all bathrooms, free Wi-Fi .
The swimming pool includes: outdoor shower, sunbeds, umbrellas, tables, chairs and a large green area with an equipped barbeque corner.
At the entrance of the house you will find a garden with pergola, table and chairs.

Perfekter Urlaub für alle....
Hallo, wir waren zwei Familien mit Kindern zwischen 9 und 11 Jahren. Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa Dolce Vita. Das Haus und der Garten sind mit viel Liebe und gutem Geschmack eingerichtet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Vorallem war alles sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool mit den vielen Schattenmöglichkeiten im Garten ist ein Traum.
Wir haben die Besitzer Fabio und Valeria kurz kennengelernt, beide wirklich sehr nett und herzlich. Der "Hausmeister" Sasa ist super. Er kümmert sich ganz rührend und dabei ganz unauffällig um Garten und Pool oder ist auch so immer ansprechbar, wenn es Fragen oder kleinere Probleme gibt.
Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Alles Bestens!
Sehr schönes Haus für die ganze Familie! Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern (1, 1, 3, 5) unterwegs. Für alle etwas dabei! Der schöne schattige Garten für die Kleinsten, der Pool für die Größeren und die tolle Dachterrasse für die ganz Großen am Abend ;)
In wenigen Minuten im Dorfzentrum mit Geschäften, Konobas und Bars, und fast direkt am Eingang zum Kap Kamenjak.

eine schöne Ferienwoche in Istrien
Wir hatten mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kind eine schöne Woche in der Villa Dolce Vita. Der Pool und der Garten sind sehr geschmackvoll und sauber angelegt. Ruhige Lage/ideal zum Entspannen. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und helfen gerne.

wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Wir ,das sind 2 Familien mit 5 Jugendlichen, haben zwei schöne Wochen in diesem wundervollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und geschmackvoll mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Ein Highlight ist der großzügige Garten mit dem großen Pool. Es gibt zwei Terrassen mit Esstischen für 9-10 Personen. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen tollen Meerblick, den wir besonders abends genossen haben. Wir hatten das Glück, die netten Gastgeber persönlich kennenzulernen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Grillabend, die vielen Ausflugstipps und die Fahrten mit dir lieber Bernd ins Kamenjak mit dem Quad. Das waren unvergessliche Momente.
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und man ist in ca. 10 Minuten am Meer. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind reichlich und fußläufig erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es viele Sportmöglichkeiten, z.B. Wakeboardanlage, Jetski , Basketballfeld usw. Uns Allen hat es sehr gut in Premantura, im Haus "Dolce Vita" gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa Dolce Vita
Wir haben mit der ganzen Familie in der super eingerichteten Villa zwei sehr schöne Wochen verbracht.
Das Ehepaar Wensauer ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilft mit vielen Tipps das es ein noch schönerer Aufenthalt wird.
Zu erwähnen ist noch der sehr freundliche Hausmeister Sasa der Vorort Probleme gleich löst.
Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Dolce Vita verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Keramikarbeiten in und ums Haus sind wunderschön und werten das Wohlgefühl auf. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Keramik Schale, die wir als Abschiedsgeschenk bekamen. Sie fiel per Los an mich und ich erfreue mich jeden Tag daran. Urlaub in Dolce Vita? Jederzeit wieder
