Private: property 1'000 m2, garden with lawn and wildlife garden. Terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 600 m, bus stop 270 m, pebble beach 400 m.
3-room house 65 m2. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm), Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, satellite TV, international TV channels and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Air-conditioning (extra). Facilities: washing machine, safe, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed.

Haus gut gelegen; Besteck, Töpfe, was die Vormieter benutzten, könnte sauberer sein; da kann aber der Vermieter nichts dafür; defekter Boiler in der Küche und Fernseher wurden schnell ersetzt; ansonsten schön und ruhig gelegenes Haus Garten könnte etwas mehr Pflege vertragen für Hunde Top geeignet

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Hunden hier untergebracht. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist top! Spaziergang, Fahrradtour und der Gang zum Strand sind gut erreichbar.

Mehr Schein als Sein

Hier versprechen die Bilder leider mehr als die Realität hergibt. Die Entfernung zum Meer und Strand ist deutlich mehr und nur durch dichtes Gebüsch möglich. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig und sauber. Die Matratzen sind total durchgelesen und das ausgetauschte Sofa riecht sehr muffig. Es gingen einige Lampen nicht. Glühbirnen wurden dann nach einer Woche getauscht. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Besitzer kam nur ein "Sorry to hear that". Alles in allem low budget und recht lieblos und insgesamt zu teuer.

Günstig gelegen am Waldrand. Mit Hund/en sehr passend. Allerdings ist der Garten , Wegplatten, Baumbestand und Zaun ungepflegt. Haus geräumig, aber Renovierung nötig. Einige elektronische Geräte nicht voll funktionsfähig.

Optimaler Ort mit Hund(en)

Wir haben uns mit unseren zwei großen Hunden sehr gut erholen können. Das Haus war wie erwartet, einzig der Strand war nicht in 300 Metern zu erreichen.

Gute Lage und schöner Garten

Besonders die Nähe zum Kamenjak Nationalpark ist super. Die Garten ist schön schattig, auch eine Außendusche, ein Grill und Liegen sind da. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat gut funktioniert. Man sieht dem Haus an, dass es nicht mehr neu ist, aber dass haben wir ja auch nicht erwartet. Die Küchenausstattung ist leicht ausreichend, sogar ein Eierkocher ist vorhanden. Uns hat der Urlaub in jedem Fall super gefallen, vor allem auch wegen den schönen Stränden in der Gegend.

sauber, aber etwas veraltet...WLan ist sehr schlecht, ansonsten aber ist alles wunderbar, ruhige Lage Bei der Anreise mussten wir leider 50 min warten, bis jemand kam, obwohl wir zur ausgemachten Zeit da waren und uns am Telefon gesagt wurde, dass in 10-15 min jemand käme.

gut gelegen, umzäumt für Hundebesitzer, schöne Terrasse überdacht also auch wenn es mal regnet für uns ein schönes Domizil. Reisetipps: Kap Kamenjak im Frühjahr wunderschön Blumen und Vegitation noch frisch, schöne Badebuchten und Premantura hat sehr viele gute Restaurants
