The fully equipped kitchen offers space for preparing delicious specialities. Enjoy the view of the private pool from the comfortable living room. Sun loungers and parasols are available around the pool. From the living room you have access to the terrace with a dining table and a gas barbecue for unforgettable evenings with your family and friends. On the first floor of the villa there are two comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.



There is also a trampoline for the youngest guests. The villa is fully air-conditioned and there is a private car park and internet access. The Premantura Nature Park and Cape Kamenjak, known for its unspoilt nature, are also nearby. In addition to its cultural and historical beauty, Istria offers a unique gastronomic experience. Homemade Istrian prosciutto, wine and fuzi are just some of the many gastronomic delicacies that Istria offers. So you can really experience the local Mediterranean cuisine. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, leider gingen die Tage zu schnell vorbei! Allein schon der Pool war ein Traum, gerade für kleinere Kinder Was wir nicht so toll fanden, waren die hohen Barhocker in der Küche, gerade für kleinere Kinder nicht zu empfehlen Ansonsten alles 👍

Wunderbare Villa😍alles genau so wie auf den Bildern. Wir würden auf jeden Fall diese Villa wieder buchen. My Istria war sehr hilfsbereit und uns wurde jede Frage beantwortet.

Für uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern (8 und 4) sowie einem Hund war die Villa perfekt.

Für uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern (8 und 4) sowie einem Hund war die Villa perfekt. Der Pool (übrigens Salzwasser - erstes Mal und künftig mein Favorit) hatte 2 verschiedene Ebenen, einmal ca. 40cm und einmal ca. 1,35m. Die komplette Umzäunung ist mit Hund natürlich top. Auch sind die anliegenden Häuser so gebaut, dass grundsätzlich jeder für sich sein kann. Kontakt zur Gastgerberin war top. Das Haus an sich ist sehr durchdacht aufgebaut. Die Lage mit kleinem Supermarkt, Restaurants etc. vor der Türe, war für uns perfekt. Wären wir Grill-Freaks und/oder Perfektionisten (nicht mehr jede Fuge ist einwandfrei) könnte man einen Stern abziehen, aber für uns alle war es ein super schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Und wenn alle einstimmig gerne noch länger geblieben wären und das Haus auch für künftige Urlaub in Betracht ziehen, kann man nur 5 Sterne geben.
