Die Wohnung ist groß und liebevoll dekoriert. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Leider gibt es keinen Backofen, das hätte alles noch perfekt gemacht.

Sehr angenehme Vermieter, schö...

Sehr angenehme Vermieter, schöne und große Wohnung mit viel Platz. In der Küche ist alles, was man braucht: Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Salz, Pfeffer, Geschirr, Kochtöpfe, Besteck, Bretter, Mikrowelle, Tücher zum Abtrocknen haben wir auch bekommen. Auch wenn es heißt, dass man Handtücher mitnehmen soll, es waren welche da. Ein kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke. Ein großer Fernseher mit vielen deutschen Programmen und DVD–Player. Das haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt, sonst hätten wir auch zu Hause bleiben können. Absolut empfehlenswert, hier kann man nichts falsch machen!!! Reisetipps: Man ist auf das Auto angewiesen. Großer Supermarkt und Tankstelle in ca. 1 km Richtung Premantura. Kamenjak (Park) ist sehr schön. Kompliziert der Eintritt. Es gibt zwei Eingänge. Der eine durch Premantura durch. Hier muss man in Premantura zuerst Videomaut bezahlen (40,– HRK pro Tag) im Exchange–Office oder Touristenzentrum neben dem Turm. Der andere bietet die Möglichkeit direkt an der Schranke zu zahlen. Hierzu muss man am Ortseingang (Hinweisschild) nach dem ersten Parkplatz rechts fahren und Premantura umfahren. Ist einfacher. Recht gutes Restaurant in Premantura ist das Fra & Kat.

Sehr großzügige Wohnung. Die Balkons sind recht schmal und für zwei Personen zum Sitzen OK. Die in der Beschreibung vorhandene Waschmaschine war nicht da, die Vermieterin war aber sehr hilfsbereit und hat die Handtücher gewaschen. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter. Das Inventar in der Küche war etwas dürftig. Gegenüber vom haus ist ein kleiner Supermarkt mit frischen Brötchen, Lebensmittel etc. Reisetipps: Immer einen Ausflug ist Prementura wert. Es kostet 40 Kunar als Maut für die Insel pro Tag. Das Geld ist sehr gut angelegt, da die Buchten und Strände klein, fein und sehr sauber sind. Der Sporthafen am Ort ist sauber und zum Baden geeignet, jedoch vom Liegekomfort etwas wenig. Die Restaurants sind qualitativ OK, beim Servieren haben wir nie mit fünf Personen gleichzeitig essen können.

Sehr große, saubere Wohnung mi...

Sehr große, saubere Wohnung mit 3 Balkonen in ruhiger Lage. Die 2 Toiletten sind für Familien ideal. Auch an heißen Tagen ist die Wohnung gut, da keine Fenster direkt nach Süden und alle Fenster mit Fensterläden vor übermäßiger Sonneinstrahlung schützen.Das Grundstück ist im Osten und Westen mit schattenspendenden Bäumen bestanden.Je nach Tageszeit kann man sich einen passenden Balkon aussuchen. Man muss sich allerdings auf Schnaken zwischen Sonnenuntergang bis –aufgang gefasst machen. Tante–Emma–Laden fürs Alltägliche direkt gegenüber.Sehr nette, zuvorkommende Vermieter; Verständigung auf englisch. Reisetipps: Kulur in Pula, Flair von Rovinj und Natur der nahen Premantura sind auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Strände findet man fast überall an der Küste, baby– und Nichtschwimmer–gerechte Strände vereinzelt, z.B. in Medulin oder Stinjan.Ein eignes Auto, zumindest Fahrräder sind aber auf alle Fälle zu empfehlen!
