Nah an der Adria

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Medulin. Lydia war immer da, wenn man fragen hatte. Das Personal war immer sehr sehr nett und geholfen wo sie konnten. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für paar Tage Sonne, Meer, tolle Menschen und gutes Essen völlig okay. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Provate anche il Biergarten!!!

L’appartamento era bello grande e pulito. Due camere da letto con armadio, comodini, letto matrimoniale o francese, in salotto TV, divano letto e poltrona letto, un tavolo da pranzo, cucina con forno, frigo grande e frizer, piano cottura a gas ed elettrico, macchina caffè americana, bollitore d‘acqua, e tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di un box doccia o almeno una tenda di misura giusta, dopo 4 persone in doccia il pavimento era sempre allagato. Per il resto tutto ok!

Es war alles wie beschrieben - Parkplatz ist vorhanden / 3 Pools / Wohnung ausreichend Platz - aber nur das nötigste vorhanden - wir konnten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen

Gut und günstig

Die Größe der Ferienwohnung war hervorragend. Leider sind die Möbel abgewohnt und die Terrasse hat einige bauliche Mängel. Im Bad zeigten sich größere Mengen an Schimmelsporen an der Decke und in der Dusche. Es gab vor Ort 3 Swimming-Pools, keiner davon war mängelfrei. Das Pool-Wasser war trotz einer geringen Nutzung der Besucher trüb. Die Mosaiksteine lösten sich und konnten im Pool eingesammelt werden. Der Einstieg in den Pool war durch eine defekte Leiter schwierig.

Schimmel im Badezimmer, Defekter Herd, auf den Bildern sehen die Pools groß aus, in wirklichkeit sind diese für Kinder im alter von 3Jahre bis 10Jahre.

Günstige, zweckmäßig eingerichtete FeWo in guter Lage

Die FeWo befindet sich in einer Anlage mit mehreren Häusern, Restaurant, Biergarten, drei Pools, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt, Bier, Wein ...) in unmittelbarer Fußnähe. Größere Supermärkte und Metzger (Lidl, Plodine) in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Hafen mit Ausflugsbooten in weniger als fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Promenade und Sandstrand - v. a. für kleine Kinder - in gut zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele schöne Restaurants um die Ecke. Sehr viele weitere Strände und Buchten lassen sich gut mit dem Auto erreichen, nach Pula dauert es höchstens 15 Minuten. Die Vermieterin spricht gut deutsch und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher bekommt man auf Anfrage. Küchenausstattung, Mobiliar und Außenmöbel zweckmäßig und aussreichend. Schöner Garten mit Grill usw. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss. Parken kann man direkt vor der Terrasse, was sehr praktisch ist. Leute, die ihren Urlaub gerne am Meer verbringen und eine günstige Unterkunft suchen, sind hier auf jeden Fall richtig.

Die Wohnung war leider nicht in dem Haus, das auf den Bildern zu sehen war. Zudem war die Wohnung teils beschädigt. Wir kamen im angemessenen Zeitraum an, der auf den Reiseunterlagen angegeben war, bekamen aber dann von dem Inhaber gesagt wir hätten uns eine Stunde vorher ankündigen müssen,was wir nicht wussten.. Trotz allem hatten wir dort einen wunderschönen Urlaub und das Restaurant, was zur Ferienwohnung gehörte war sehr gut.
