In the open living / dining room is a daybed, dining table and satellite TV. The large inviting terrace (25m2) gives you the feeling of enjoying 'the exclusive location'. On the terrace you will find garden furniture and drying rack. The terrace offers many relaxing hours, the view of the pool and the beautiful, green bay you get for free. ...Anreise nicht möglich vom Vermieter aus....
Nach Buchung und Bezahlung der Wohnung erhielten wir vom Vermieter die Aufforderung die Unterkunft zu stornierten, da er krank sei und verreisen müsste... Wir sind dieser Aufforderung nicht nachgekommen, da wir 100% Stornierungskosten gehabt hätten und wir die Unterkunft ja auch wollten. Dies teilten wir dem Vermieter mit. Wir schlugen vor, den Schlüssel zum Beispiel bei einem Nachbarn abzuholen. Danach antwortete er uns nicht mehr. (Er stornierte auch die Wohnung nicht von seiner Seite aus.)Wir haben FeWo kontaktiert, die auch keinen Kontakt herstellen konnten. Nach mehreren Telefonaten mit Fewo haben wir dann eine andere Unterkunft gebucht. Unser Geld haben wir nach einer längeren Wartezeit von FeWo zurückerhalten. Was uns besonders irritierte ist, dass diese Ferienwohnung vor und nach unserer Reise direkt noch zu Buchen ging und auch die anderen Wohnungen nicht im Portal gesperrt wurden. Somit insgesamt ein sehr schlechter Umgang den Gästen gegenüber...

Sehr nette Vermieter, saubere Zimmer, sehr schönes Balkon. Die Möbel sind etwas alt und bedürfen hier und da eine Reparatur. Das wirklich einziges Manko was, dass die gesamte Wohnung nur eine Klimaanlage hatte. Das ist viel zu wenig für die Wohnung in dieser Größe deswegen konnten wir sie nie relativ kühl bekommen. Ansonsten war alles on Ordnung

Godt ophold
Boligen er lidt slidt, men udlejer gør alt hvad de kan for at gøre dig tillfreds. Vi blev modtag af udlejers forældre, som bor i husets stueplan og er meget venlige. Vi blev budt på en drink da vi ankom og blev givet en god introduktion til området. Poolen og spa er meget fint og rent og deles med yderligere en lejlighed og beboerne i stueplan. Køkkenet kunne trænge til en renovering da flere låger og skuffer er løse. Altanen er meget dejlig med gode møbler og indbyder til afslapning og ro. Området er meget roligt uden larm med kun kort afstand til dejligt vand og strand.

Als wir am Reiseziel ankamen wurden wir verdutzt in Empfang genommen.Da der Vermieter noch nicht einmal bescheid wusste das wir anreisen.(Dafür konnte allerdings der Vermieter nichts, es war ein Kommunikationsfehler mit seinem Sohn der die Vermietung leitet). Nach 4 Stunden warten konnten wir dann in eine nicht gerade ordentlich gereinigte wohnung einziehen. Die wohnung übertraf dann doch die Vorstellungen aller mit ihrem sehr schönen Balkon mit couch, und alles was versprochen wurde.(Platz reicht sehr leicht für 4 Leute aus).Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und entschuldigte sich mit einem netten Abend zusammen auf seiner Terrasse.Der versprochene Whirlpool war zwar da aber nicht warm, und nach einigen gescheiterten versuchen mit der Bedienung haben wir ihn kein einziges mal in Betrieb genommen.Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt und war super.An den Terassentüren in den Schlafzimmern waren keine oder nur schlechte Rollos

Schönes Haus, wenn man es denn gefunden hat... 😉 Wünschenswert wäre eine genaue (navifähige) Objektadresse. Vermieter (Rado) sehr nett und um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht.

Der Vermieter war sehr nett!! Die FeWo war jedoch alles in Allem schon sehr abgewohnt. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte ebenfalls nicht. Die Wohnung an sich, war sehr geräumig und liegt sehr ruhig, in einer Sackgasse. Ein großes Highlight war der Pool. Der stets sauber war und zum Schwimmen einlud!

schöner Urlaub
Dalibor und Rado haben uns sehr herzlichen willkommen geheißen! Auch das Appartement war sauber und schön. Genug Platz für 5 Leute. Der Weg zum Meer war wie beschrieben ca 150m. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und bedanken uns nochmal für die Gastfreundschaft

Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage und ist ideal zum Entspannen. Der Vermieter ist ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ausflüge und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
