Spend a wonderful vacation by the sea in this beautiful vacation home.



The house is located on the waterfront and has a very modern interior. 2 rooms are located in the attic. With 3 bedrooms, the cottage can accommodate 6 people, who can enjoy a great time here in any season in a stylish setting and with fantastic panoramic views of the sea.



Relax by the private pool, which offers welcome refreshment on hot days. On the large waterfront property there is plenty of space for playing, you will find soccer goals and badminton rackets.



You stay very close to shopping and restaurants, so you have the opportunity to experience the local cuisine during your vacation.

Das Haus ist absolut ruhig gelegen, wenn man von einem vollen Strand oder der Stadt zurück kommt ka

Das Haus ist absolut ruhig gelegen, wenn man von einem vollen Strand oder der Stadt zurück kommt kann man gleich wieder die Stile genießen.Der Pool ist genau richtig von Größe und Temperatur, man kann sich super darin von der Hitze abkühlen - wir hatten Matratzen dabei und haben darin lange gelegen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, es gibt auch große Grillschalen, Salatschüsseln und genügend Töpfe und Pfannen und Utensilien, wenn man für 6 Personen kochen möchte. Im Haus ist es dank der zweier Klimaanlagen angenehm kühl, sodass man auch nachts gut schlafen kann. Der Pool wird immer samstags und mittwochs gereinigt. Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen und ich kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage des Hauses, etwas außerhalb von Medulin, abseits von Trubel und Lärm, bot uns einen hohen Faktor an Erholung. TIP: einfach Fahrräder ausborgen und die Umgebung damit erkunden. Das modern ausgestattete Haus( bestückte Küche, mit allem, was man so zum Kochen braucht, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierladen, jedes Zimmer mit WC und Dusche, extra WC für großen Wohn-Essbereich) mit riesiger überdachter Terrasse( Sitzgarnitur für Frühstück, Sonnenliegen und Korbsesselgarnitur), Top-Pool und direktem Meerzugang machten den Urlaub perfekt. Es wurde uns vom sehr netten Hausherrn auch ein Gasgriller, ein Tretboot und ein Paddelboot zur freien Verfügung angeboten. Das Grundstück ist mit versperrbaren Toren für Auto, Fahrräder usw. Gut gesichert. Jederzeit wieder!!!

Der Urlaub im Ferienhaus in Pomer war fantastisch. Wir waren 6 Personen (Eltern und 2 Kinder jeweils mit Partnern). Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Von der Übergabe, bis zur Sauberkeit und Lage des Hauses, sowie der Ausstattung des Hauses. Es wurde uns sogar ein Tretboot zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und überlegen nächtes Jahr wieder zu kommen.

Schönes Haus mit toller Terrasse und Pool und eigenem Meerzugang in einer ruhigen (zumindest im Juni) Bucht. Lokale und Geschäfte mit dem Rad in einigen Minuten erreichbar. Alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.
