"Incorrect information shared about the deposit between booking emails and then arriving to check in. Rooms were nice and fresh but missing a lot of basics for a self catering room with cooking facilities. Beds were like wooden boards and had no comfort whatsoever. Noise between rooms was unbearable and had no sound protection, especially with an over noisy neighbour "

"Great customer service and check in. Nice poolside restaurant. The grounds are very nice but needs more landscaping. A few areas of improvement: The doors inside the apartment did not close at all including the bathroom door, some other things needed repair inside, the sheets did not fit the bed properly, the blankets in the suite didn’t seem freshly washed. The pullout couch was ultra uncomfortable you could feel the springs through the mattress. "

"I loved the tranquility of this resort. The staff were helpful and informative. I was so bummed their on-site restaurant was closed for renovations. I picked this resort for this reason. I wanted to relax at the resort and eat there for dinner. However, they made some great restaurant recommendations. They do have car rentals on-site. I highly recommend that you rent with them and arrange pick-up from the port or the airport. Their bed was the best my whole trip to Sicily. "

"While the host and premises were quite nice and wonderful, some small things like the shaking ceiling lamp from the master bedroom, lack of safe, or positioning of the air conditioning at the upper floor lowered our confort during the stay in Alimidi apartament. However the location and the beach were really wonderful. Note: the beach was quiet but with grungy sand. "From the time we entered the reception, Sofia was amazing, the restaurant staff and checkout personnel also amazing. Our flight got delayed and thus we arrived later than expected and the hotel offered complimentary breakfast for our stay which helped get our vacation back on track! Near restaurants and shops and lots of parking! Loved every secod of our stay! Kudos to the Team, they are experts at customer service!"
