As many of us are aware there is a war going on right now, and I had to leave one day after arriving due to work, obligations as a result, and the hotel did not try nor care to accommodate me for a refund, they told me turkey was safe (two days later a missile headed for Turkey had to be shot down!! All they cared about was keeping my money) Additionally, I had to complain several times that my room that I spent almost $1000 for three nights smelled like smoke!! And the only excuse that I got was somebody may have been on the balcony smoking!! Unacceptable on so many levels!! "

"The internet was extremely slow, only about 10 MB, and only on one device. The minimum internet speed must be not less than 50 MB. Because of the slow internet, I wanted to cancel my stay, but they wouldn't let me do so without forfeiting all my money. I originally booked for seven days, but after two days I was ready to leave."
