"Pro: Staff is very nice. New building, clean, easy parking, modern look, room has a good kitchenette, shower has good water pressure/heat, good gym, steam room/sauna good. Cons: Sometimes the little things matter, could be improved. Door on the room you can see the light from the hallway around the door and let the noise in from other people, not sound proofed.
