Only go in summer

Staff extremely friendly, showed us around and explained the history of the property. However nights are cold in April in this hilltop location and our room was chilly despite having 2 oil filled radiatiors. Breakfast was meagre and the coffee was not hot enough.

Mala gestión, personal nada profesional

Al llegar al hotel a las 17:00 no habían procurado una temperatura de confort en la habitación, hacía más frío dentro que en la calle a pesar de ser diciembre en Soria. La gerente de una manera poco profesional nos atendió sobre las 19:00 y nos trasladó su problema alegando que no podía hacer nada ya que había sufrido un parón su calefacción el día anterior, situación extraña ya que la habitación no contaba con ningún radiador, sino con una bomba de calor y dos calefactores eléctricos . Solicitamos un cambio de habitación ante la imposibilidad de dormir con semejante frío y su respuesta fue que no podían hacer nada.

El Cuartel Casa Palaciega, no dejes de visitarlo

He tenido una experiencia singular, ya que es la primera ocasión en la que he visitado una antigua, pero totalmente adecuada, casa de un Embajador. La casa respira solera , encanto y transmite su rica historia a través de fotos, muebles, biblioteca, bodega, jardín, cafetería y restaurante. Es ideal para disfrutar de paz y descanso. Está situada en la Villa de Medinaceli, una ciudad histórica que conserva monumentos del tiempo de los romanos.. La atención al cliente, ha sido exquisita, y los desayunos, espectaculares por el precio de 15€ . Sin duda la recomendaré a mis amigos
