Excellent hotel. Clean, spacious, modern. Great woth food shops nearby. The only slight issue is it’s distance from masjid nabawi otherwise I loved it here

Everything was fine, room was ok. Location is close to the train station which worked for us. But it is a litte far from center.

I spent one night. Communicating with the staff at the hotel was difficult because of language barrier. Many don’t speak English and have no interest in trying to. I don’t speak Arabic. So, I couldn’t complain to them about what I wanted or what was not right, during my brief stay.
