- A sandstone building built in 1867 in downtown Medina, NY. Completely renovated in 2016 with roughly 4,000 sq/ft of space including the 3rd and 4th floors. Main living space on the 3rd floor has a fully stocked kitchen, 2 full baths, laundry room, library, balcony, and 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. The 4th floor has a sleeping loft area, full private bedroom, half and full bathrooms and a small bunk room with 3 twin size beds.
