Welcome to this late 1890’s home, located in the heart of Medina and within walking distance to our historic downtown district and the Erie Canal. This home was one time a convent for the nuns at Sacred Heart Church, and later was a rooming house for nurses at the hospital, which is located around the corner. This 3- bedroom upper apartment consists of a large living room, bathroom, and kitchen, and provides you with all of your basic necessities. Off-street parking is provided at the rear of the home.

Bryan was great! Clear instructions always responded. The place was clean had everything you needed for a vacation away. We travel a lot through the spring and summer. This was perfect and extremely quiet for the location in a residential area.

Johnson Creek Fishing Trip

Very nice home and as described in the listing . Convenient to the quaint town of Medina for meals and beverages. Easy drive over to Lyndonville and also Burt Dam. The rain caused us to fish more than catch but was able to meet up with family from Maine and Albany

Perfect place to stay!

I would recommend Bryan's VRBO to anyone in Medina. We were attending a wedding for friends in Medina, and Bryan was extremely accommodating. Prior to check in, Bryan was able to give us all the information required for us before we crossed the border. The check in process was very easy, and the property was extremely clean, and comfortable. I would reccommend to anyone to stay at this listing.

The Perfect Stay

My family and I stayed here for a weddng weekend at The Gallagher. The property is a very easy 2 minutes from the venue. The property was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helped me adjust my reservation with ease. Check in was easy. I highly recommend this property. We would stay here again if we ever find ourselves in the Medina area.

The apartment was comfortable and roomy and was furnished with all amenities (some seemed even brand new) i.e, -sheets, towels. The kitchen as well was fully furnished. Bryan was very responsive and helpful when we needed to contact him. We will keep this place in mind for any future trips.

Great location as had loved one in Medina Memorial. Easy parking and check in instructions. Unit was clean and just like pictures w 3 nice bedrooms. Heat was a little quirky but very effective for us southerners who are not used to baseboard heat. Maybe some brief instructions on that.Will stay again.

Clean, cozy, 3 bed, 1 bath with plenty of room for our family of four. Comfortable stay, Bryan was extremely responsive. We lost power on the morning of July 4th, and Bryan was over to the property to restore power within 10 minutes. Very gracious host. Brand new, fluffy towels! Would stay here again!

Perfect place in heart of Medina

My family of four loved our stay at Bryan's place! It was spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The living room was large with really comfy couches and chairs and was a great hangout space for us. It's walking distance, but also a short and easy drive, to Medina's charming and thriving downtown area. Bryan's directions for entering the house were spot-on and easy to follow, and he was super responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Bryan's place for 3 nights. Bryan was very easy to communicate with and was extremely helpful. He even met us when we checked into the apartment. The apartment was clean but not particularly modern. The bedrooms, lounge and kitchen were of a good size.

Near Perfect for Family

First and foremost, our host Bryan, was tremendous. Always kept up with great communication, provided us with ice and an ice chest to use in our travels, went the little extra. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and the three bedrooms worked great. Very quiet neighborhood yet easy access to town. Had all we needed except a washer/dryer, but spacious and comfortable for the six of us. Highly recommend and again THANKS to Bryan for being a great host.

Outstanding Host

I’ve stayed at several rental properties over the years and had just as many interactions with hosts. Bryan was far and above the best. His ability to effectively respond to our requests in a timely manner was superb. The check-in process was as smooth as it should be with all of the door codes working as expected (this causes issues far too often with other properties). We found the property to be more spacious than expected and were happy to find a kitchen with all the essentials one needs when away from home. We will definitely consider staying here in the future.

Medina Apartment

Such a nice quiet neighborhood. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The only real suggestion we would make is to stock the kitchen a little better, a couple big cookie sheets and bigger bowls, and the towels were not great but adequate. Not sure if they were new or what but we were a little linty when we got done showering. Those are both very small things and we would definitely stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality!
