Spacious, recently renovated (2022) holiday home located in Medina de Pomar. The home is situated on a 3,000 m² property, ideal for enjoying and sharing a few days of relaxation with family and/or friends while surrounded by nature. It features several rooms and can comfortably accommodate
up to 6 people.

The Space
The house is in an excellent location where you can enjoy privacy and tranquility in every room. The property is surrounded by a living hedge of Leyland cypress trees along the entire perimeter of the estate.

The 60 m² private pool is one of the most attractive and peaceful spots on the property, surrounded by a garden and equipped with lounge chairs. The pool has a telescopic cover with UV protection that can be opened for sunbathing. It also features pleasant lighting so you can enjoy it at night as well.

Cleaning service is not included in the rental rate. It is the guests’ responsibility to keep the house clean. We offer the option to request this service “with advance notice” for an additional fee of €10 per hour.
