My husband and I stayed One night with four children between ages of eight and 12. The rooms are a good size. A little dated. But for one night we weren’t complaining. We decided on this hotel because of the slide they had in the pool. The Slide is only open Friday and Saturday evenings, which was fine because we fell on that date, but that is not made clear before booking. After going to dinner and returning to the pool around 6 o’clock when the slide opened, we looked at the water and it was slightly cloudy. The pool attendant assured us that it was fine. My husband and I decided against our better judgment to let the children swim. The next day they all were throwing up and had diarrhea. Coincidentally the seriousness of the symptoms were in tune with how long they spent in the water. Not sure how to prove it, but please make sure that the pool is clean and that people know that the slide is not available if it’s not Friday or Saturday. This was not food poisoning as we all ate the same thing for dinner and lunch My husband and I were not sick.

This hotel is 5 minutes from the airport and when we called for a shuttle pickup it took 40 minutes for them to get us. I had called them 2 hours earlier confirming that our flight was on time and that we would be arriving at 11:30 at night when there was no other business going on. Then they gave us a room that was not prepared to be given to any guests. The bathroom was a mess and there was no shower curtain hanging. So the floor got soaking wet. And there was a shortage of towels.

The stay was nice and the staff were respectful but the only thing that I didn’t like was that they have a water slide but it’s only open when the owner decides to come in for a few hours. And it’s only open Friday and Saturday. So the water slides were open on Friday and closed on Saturday because the owner didn’t want to come in. So that was a crappy experience and the fridge that was in the room did not work and I had to tell the front desk lady and she was super nice about it and brought a brand new one up to the room. the beds are super stiff and hard and the rooms stay really warm so if you plan on staying here bring an extra blanket to sleep on for softness underneath your back when your sleeping and keep the ac on because it stays hot on the third floor.
