Room is beaten down. Bathrooms are old. Needs updation.
Shower isn't in a good condition. Hand shower when turned on for hot water is causing cold water from the roof shower to leak.
Room prices are top notch but the room is mediocre.

Staff and service was excellent, great breakfast and dining options. Only complaint was elevator issues affecting the Apartment suites on floor 14.
