We arrived after checkin time but the room was still not ready. The person on the desk took a mop and bucket in himself. Left some clothes on the floor in the bathroom while showering and they got dusty from the dirty floor. The bedroom floor had been mopped but was still gritty to walk on. Left some clean clothes on the desk to wear while flying home the next day. In the morning they were soaked through from the ceiling leaking water. We told someone but he didn’t seem to care. No idea about breakfast as we were not told anything about whether it is even available. The bed and shower are good, but that’s about it. Our stay was very disappointing, as was our dinner at the attached restaurant next door.

We arrived at midnight and we left mid day so just needed somewhere to lay out heads and get our bearings after a 24hr travel journey. Thos place was perfectly located to discover Colombo, was very clean and spacious and the staff were very helpful For a place to base yourself, fabulous
