School Section Lake Cozy Cabin

Cozy-cabin feel to this newly renovated, exceptionally furnished house. Quiet wooded setting with lake views and access.
-Exceptional golf at Tullymore Golf Course and St Ives Golf club within 5-minute drive.
-Two local wineries within 10 minutes.
-Located in the Canadian Lakes area, midway between Ferris State University and Central Michigan University.
-Lake access is for registered guests ONLY.
-2 seated paddle boat, paddle board, and 2 kayaks available to use during your stay (Memorial Day weekend until the end of September).
-Guests can access paddle boat, paddle board & kayaks from Wood dock. Dock space available on wood dock, if you bring your own boat; limited to 20 ft length (advance notice is required).
-Pontoon is available for guided evening lake rides upon request for an additional fee.
-Yard games available to use such as corn hole, bocci ball, Can Jam, etc.
-Fire pit in backyard.
-Available propane grill during summer season.
-House is fully furnished with start-up supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee & tea.
-Limit of 3 vehicles in the driveway.

Lovely Cozy Cabin

We were at school section lake for a family reunion. My family owns a house on the lake so we needed additional space for sleeping. We were so lucky to have found Yolanda and Don’s cabin. It was very clean, comfortable, charming, and the best VRBO I have ever rented.

Amazing moms only getaway

Relaxing and Cozy Winter Visit

Our family of four (Dad, Mom, 13 year old, and 10 year old) stayed for a week during our Christmas vacation and this beautiful property was perfect for us. The decor was spot on and everything we needed for our visit was provided. The neighborhood was quiet and great for a restful night's sleep. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was so nice. The hosts were welcoming and responded quickly to questions. If we need a place to stay in the area again, we will first be looking to see if this one is available.

We loved this home. The best thing I can say is the pictures don't do it justice. It is spotless like immaculate! Everything you need and Do is a wonderful host. YOu have access to the water across the street from his gorgeous home. Great for families, golfers, and leaf peepers!

This is a perfect place for vacation. The house is fully furnished and full supply inside, with many decorated pictures and deer statues make us feel like living in our home. Environment area are quiet and clean, Host is just across the street and provide help if needed instantly. This give another point.
