"The picture of the hotel need to be updated. The room was dirty and sheets had stains. In addition the hotel says that it is pet friendly but does not mention that they an expensive charge for each pet. I arrived 20 minutes early and they would not let me in even though hotel was empty. "

"Staff on reception and in the restaurant were very helpful and friendly. They organised a tour for us which was very good value. The food in the restaurant, both breakfast and dinner, was delicious and good value. "

"The staff were pleasant and helpful. Doing the best with what they had. Room was small and dark. Although the room was clean it felt dingy due to the wear and low light. Bed was uncomfortable. Neighbourhood was extremely run down and we did leave the room after dark as we felt that would not be advisable. We will not be back. "
